Eight Random Facts/habits About Yourself:

1. Well-known by the name of 'Kak Long'

Being the first grandchild (n of course the first daughter), my family, relatives n neighbours call me 'Kak Long'. Even my father's n mother's friends also call me 'Kak Long'. If the house telephone rings n I do not recognize the caller, I prefer to introduce myself as 'Kak Long' rather than 'Hanani'.

2. Gave people name to teddy-bears

When I was a kid, my younger sister n I used to give people name to our teddy-bears. We had once teddy-bears named 'Habiba Norma', 'Farida Azuwa' n 'Eni'. I think it's very funny. But until now I still give people name to them. For instance, now I have 'Rabithah' the rabbit n 'Nezumi' the rat. Haha~

3. Got a place at Medicine Faculty, Al-Azhar University

Not many people know this. When in 'Minggu Mesra Mahasiswa' in first year, I got a call from MARA people. She told me that I'd got a place at Medicine Faculty at Al-Azhar University. But then I already felt comfortable with the situation in UKM so I just let go the chance without thinking deeply n without proper decision-making. However, I'm not regret with that instant decision...

4. Used to love Chemistry very much

Actually in Form 3, I rarely scored in Science n rarely got A in that subject. But when in Form 4, I really fell in love with Chemistry. It's not because there was a handsome teacher taught that subject, but I really enjoyed the miracle of the process happened in every experiments. I really loved Chemistry n I was the Chemistry's best student in my batch~

5. Never been at a fun fair or theme park

Seriously, I have never been at a fun fair or theme park. My parents do not encourage us, the siblings to go there because to them, it was only a waste of time n money. Furthermore, if we want to have fun, they prefer to take us for holiday.

6. Love to bake 'kuih raya'

I really love the time when 'hari raya' is just around the corner n we have to buy ingredients to bake biscuits. In fact, for the last 3 years (if I'm not mistaken), we did not buy biscuits, but baked them. First, we'll decide what biscuits to be made n then buy the ingredients. After breaking the fast, we'll try the biscuits. Eventhough the shape n presentation is not as good as the bought biscuit, but the taste of homemade biscuit is far more delicious.

7. Can hide my 'Gate' (Terengganu-Kelantan) dialect excellently

Many people get confused with me. If they do not know me, they'll say that I am from Selangor. If I am cruel enough, I'll speak in 'utara' n they'll say that I am from Kedah (which I did on a patient n he was very confident that I am from Kedah! Haha~) My 'Gate' dialect will only appear or prominent when I meet the people who also speak in that dialect.

8. Took my MUET twice

For the first MUET, I only managed to get Band 3. Maybe some people will say "OK la band 3", but for me, it was not OK. Actually I get Band 3 which was only 1 mark to achieve Band 4. I was really upset because it was only 1 mark to go! So with all the confidence n determination, I re-sat for the MUET after the matrix. N finally, I managed to get band 4! Eventhough in faculty result stated that I got band 3 in MUET, but at least I feel proud of myself because I managed to challenge myself to get band 4 n feel satisfied for my own 'usaha'.
